Curriculum Vitae:

Olaf is director of product and portfolio management, driving the Bosch IoT platform business and go-to-market organization out of Berlin, Germany. He works with Bosch business units, external partners, and communities to create an open, industrial-grade IoT ecosystem enablement platform. The strong industry focus and in-depth knowledge of various IoT domains sets the Bosch IoT platform apart from other IoT platform providers.

Olaf began his career in the 1990s at the Fraunhofer Institute for Robotics and Image Processing in Berlin. He later worked for a German automotive manufacturer before moving on to the mobile telecommunications industry in 1998, working for such companies as Siemens Mobile Networks, Siemens Mobile Phones, and Infineon Secure Mobile Solutions in charge of IP-based data services development and standardization. Before joining Bosch, Olaf spent nine years managing the LTE/4G product line of Tektronix Communications, an American company located in Texas. He has worked at Bosch Software Innovations in Berlin since early 2014.
